Apart from the document managing functions, WonderFox Document Manager also can help you lock and unlock your document files to avoid unwanted editing, deletion or something else. Here, we will focus on how to lock and unlock your document files with WonderFox Document Manager.
Step 1: Lock Your Document Files: Tick the Document File(s) you'd like to lock, and then click the “Lock” button at the top of the main interface. (Like the picture shown below)
Step 2: Unlock Your Document Files: It is as easy as locking your document files. Firstly, tick the document file(s) that you have locked, and then click the “Unlock” button at the top of the interface of this software (Like the picture shown below)
